JCI Development is a Pittsburgh based general contractor and real estate development company. Since its formation in 2007, JCI Development has been involved in an array of different projects. These have included new construction townhouses in the Southside, remodels for resale throughout the city, and numerous projects for its own and other investors' real estate portfolios.
Our attention to detail, whether behind your walls or in plain sight is our foremost concern. We pride ourselves on not only this attention to detail but also on our efficiency, work ethic, and ability to offer competitive pricing.
We offer a full range of services from construction management and general contracting on large scale projects to affordable installations and smaller scale remodels.
Our experience in both contracting and real estate investing gives us a unique opportunity to assess the "value added" by a renovation and has given us the confidence to take on and invest in projects that others have passed on. We bring this experience in both contracting and investing to our real estate consulting work.
Our press resume includes being featured on HGTV's My House is Worth What? twice, in 2008 and 2009. Additionally our remodel on South Graham Street was included in the 2010 Friendship House Tour, our 28th Street townhouses have been featured in the Pittsburgh Business Times, and we were featured in an article on real estate investing in House To Home, a Trib Total Media publication.
